Delete your account

Most people never have a Motecraft account. Browsing the gallery needs no account, and no sign-up. You only have one if you chose to sign in — which exists for a single reason: to restore Motecraft Pro across your devices. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete.

How to request deletion

Email support@motecraftstudio.com from the email address you signed in with (or tell us that address), with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request comes from that address and delete the account. No account number or app is required to ask.

We complete deletions within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes the account record and everything tied to it:

• Your sign-in identity — email address, display name, and profile photo URL.
• Your account identifier (the user ID that links your devices).
• The record, held by our billing provider (RevenueCat), that links your account to your Pro entitlement across devices.

What deletion does not affect

• Your purchase itself. Payments and subscriptions are held by the App Store or Google Play, not by us — manage, cancel, or request a refund through them. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• On-device data. Favourites, recently-played, and any recordings live only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them; they were never on a server.
• Anonymous analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying crash and app-interaction counts are retained per Firebase’s default windows and are not tied to your account. You can turn analytics off in Settings → Privacy at any time.
